Team USA training camp started with a bang following the arrival of many WNBA stars. Many young stars joined the group for the upcoming FIBA World Cup qualifiers. Fans went crazy watching Caitlin Clark arrive at the camp. The Fever guard played in just 13 games following a season-ending injury in the 2025 season.
But among the fans there was her teammate, Sophie Cunningham, who was eager to see the playmaker on the floor. She even reacted to the post showing the Fever stars and put forward a challenge.

Sophie Cunningham Challenges Caitlin Clark
The versatile forward and 2024 guard share a strong bond with Cunningham, even working as a caddie for the Annika Pro-Am Golf event. CC also openly requested the former Missouri star to re-sign with the Indiana franchise. The duo was the heartbeat of the Fever locker-room and bench after their long injury absence.
So when the Fever franchise shared a photo of Fever representatives in the Team USA Camp, Cunningham responded with a challenge. The Fever post reads, “Family squad is reppin’ at @usabasketball training camp.” The forward was one of the early respondents and wrote, “go get em girls.”
