Paige Bueckers has been taking some giant steps after her stellar rookie career. Coming into the WNBA, the former UConn Huskies’ star emerged as the best player for Dallas. And as she is being compared to the likes of Caitlin Clark, the 23-year-old has been getting some significant attention.
Bueckers is all set to make her Hollywood debut with Jess & Pearl. According to reports, this will be an Apple Original Films production with the storyline centering around college basketball. However, this was not all the limelight that Bueckers got.
Global sports brand Fanatics announced an exclusive deal with the 2025 Rookie of the Year recently. And reacting to the same, none other than Tom Brady had some words of encouragement for the rookie star.
Tom Brady Extends A Warm Welcome To Paige Bueckers

The seven-time Super Bowl champion sounded elated and extended a warm welcome to Bueckers. Brady went on to praise the youngster’s spirits and admired her for her clutch game.

Noelle Quinn Praises Paige Bueckers’ Impeccable Mid-Range Shooting
Bueckers looked like a one-man army for the Wings. And while her overall game has been impeccable, the 23-year-old’s biggest strengths have happened to be her mid-range shooting. And who better than the former Seattle Storm head coach, Noelle Quinn, would know the extent of damage it can cause.

After all, last season, it was Bueckers’ middies that came in as a huge headache for Quinn. Now, as Quinn will be coaching Bueckers in Unrivaled, she was full of praise for the 2025 Rookie of the Year.
“Super excited about Paige. She’s a big guard and you want to start your franchise off with a player of her caliber. Excellent leader,” said Quinn.

She further added, “She can score the basketball, pass the basketball, post up. The middie is not dead. But what I’m most excited about is like who she is and what she stands for and having the ability to be around her every day. Growing the game, growing her game, and representing Unrivaled in an amazing way.”
Surely, it is evident that Bueckers is making quite the waves in the hoops realm. Now, it remains to be seen how things pan out next.
