At Michigan, Swords exploded for 29 points on 8-of-10 three-point shooting against UConn, adding 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and a steal to lead the Wolverines in scoring.
Additionally, her 6-foot-2 frame lets her attack from all angles, creating off the dribble or spotting up, while her court vision turns drives into dimes for open teammates.
What sets Swords apart is her efficiency under pressure. She’s been shooting 52% from three in high-stakes games.
Brondello, who thrives on versatile wings, would see Swords as a perfect piece, especially with Toronto’s need for Canadian roots to fuel local passion.

Recently, the franchise added Reeta Gupta to its ownership group. FYI, Gupta is an award-winning CEO and philanthropist, brings a track record of leadership and community impact that could supercharge the franchise’s global appeal.
