Chicago Sky star Angel Reese quickly became one of the WNBA’s most popular players since being drafted by the team as the seventh overall pick in 2024.
Her widespread popularity from her college days at LSU carried over to the WNBA, helping the league garner more attention. Reese’s continued rivalry with Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark has been one of the more fascinating storylines.

A post by a hairstylist on Instagram showed the 23-year-old Reese showing off her new brown braids.
“Might take me two years, might take me five. Either way, Imma get to where I wanna be. Today we had the opportunity to service @angelreese5,” shared @mimisbraidingbar, who’s based in Romeoville, Illinois.
In separate comments, Reese wrote: “So pretty” and “Thank you 😍🥰.”
