Recently, a WNBA legend was asked a question: Whom would she want if she had a chance to run her own franchise? Hesitantly, she answered Clark.

Miller is one of the greatest women ever to play basketball. So, her words might have some weight recently, when Miller was posed a hypothetical question.
Miller answered a question on the “All Fast No Brakes” podcast, which many WNBA fans would want an answer for. The question was simple: If she could establish her own WNBA team today and choose between Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers, and Sabrina Ionescu as its foundation, who would she choose? Her answer was as simple.
“Ohh, that’s a good one! Wow. Since I had a very small window to coach this young lady, I’ve got to go with CC,” said Cheryl Miller.

Miller coached Caitlin Clark in the 2024 WNBA All-Star Game, where she led Team WNBA to victory against Team USA in the Olympics. Many other wholesome moments between them were captured on tape. It might have been the place where both might have connected and built a strong bond.
