The Aces managed to keep hold of its core and also handed star player Wilson a massive record-breaking contract that keeps her for the next three seasons at the franchise. While the 30-year-old is ready for the upcoming challenges, she stayed with her tradition to welcome the rookies.
In a video shared on social media, Wilson was happily gifting the rookies cute kids’ backpacks, throwing away their original bags. The rookies also loved the gesture and felt welcomed as they showed the bag to the cameras and were smiling.

Although the environment might look relaxed, opponents should not be fooled by it. Veteran guard and former Finals MVP, Chelsea Gray, sent a stern warning to the league, highlighting that the Las Vegas Aces’ aim to win back-to-back titles for the second time, which is a rare feat in the league.
