Candace Parker has been in the league for 16 seasons, winning three titles and two MVP awards in the WNBA. Her illustrious career had been an example for many stars, including the Indiana Fever forward Aliyah Boston. So when they combine as mentor and mentee, it will be shared knowledge and information.
Seven-time All-Star Parker found the 2025 All-Star game lackluster, but she was interested in knowing why Boston snatched the Fever guard’s drink during the live stream.
“That’s just who I am. I’m like okay, you’re going to be on camera. Let me just slide this out the view so we don’t have to worry about it. No one has to see it,” the Fever forward cleared the air.
The moment happened during the Stud-budz live stream, with the 2024 Rookie of the Year winner enjoying a party with the Minnesota pair and her former Iowa teammate Kate Martin. AB noticed the drink and took it away, but her actions were captured on camera, and many fans loved her kind and thoughtful gesture.

Caitlin Clark And Aliyah Boston Special Bond
While the third-year forward took her drink away, CC didn’t react angrily; instead, she was happy with her presence. The pair shares a strong bond on and off the court. The star playmaker’s most assists in the 2024 season were to AB, and they still execute the pick-n-roll game perfectly, highlighting their sync on the hardwood.

Similarly, the duo has a special pre-game ritual: “You are amazing,” where the guard greets her forward with encouraging words: “You’re going to be amazing because you are amazing.” They also share a special bond as the first overall picks and rookies of the year in consecutive seasons.
