All eyes were on Team USA training camp as WNBA stars took the center stage once again amid the CBA negotiation delay. After the practice, Angel Reese, Cameron Brink, and Caitlin Clark open up about the urgency in ongoing WNBA CBA negotiations. However, aside from the league, everyone was wholly involved in the camp, with intense scrimmages taking a toll on the players.
During the break time, many players shared their memorable moments with Team USA, as many of them played at different levels for the national side. Aliyah Boston recalled the moment when Clark saved the day for Team USA.

Aliyah Boston Gives Caitlin Clark Her Flowers
Many senior players, such as Kahleah Copper, Jackie Young, and Chelsea Gray, have talked about winning the Olympic gold medal for the national team as their sweetest memory with Team USA. However, new players didn’t get a chance to represent the country at the Olympic level, and they recalled their experiences in U-16 and U-19 events.
Aliyah Boston was in the same group that recalled the 2019 World Cup gold medal-winning team, Australia, and gave a shout-out to Caitlin Clark in the moment. She said, “I will definitely say U-19 gold medal when we almost lost because it was the craziest last-minute game ever. Caitlin came and knocked some free throws down, and we won Gold.”
Boston led the side in rebounds (11) in the game, and Buckers scored a team high 17 points for the winning team, but it was CC who held her nerves to win the game for her side. Incidentally, all three stars named the same game as their memorable moment, with the Fever playmaker adding her other two gold medals as well.

For the senior camp training sessions, fans reacted to Caitlin Clark’s defense as Kelsey Plum and Page Bueckers destroyed her with their offensive moves. But the Fever star was happy to be on the court and expressed her excitement to the media.
Caitlin Clark Talks About Returning To Action Following Injury
The 24-year-old star was out of action for four months and played just 13 games for the Indiana Fever. During her appearance at Annika’s Pro AM Golf tournament, Clark declared herself fit to play the game, and after that, she took to the court for the first time.

“I put together a pretty incredible stretch of never missing a game,” Clark said during her media availability on Friday. “The fact is when you’re a professional athlete, it’s going to come at some point. That’s just how it goes. I think it’s honestly taught me more than I’ve probably ever learned through the course of my career of how to take care of your body, how to get right, how to stay healthy, and then just taking time for yourself.”
The rookie added that she is happy to be back and felt herself out on the basketball court. However, she also admitted that she still needs to work on her endurance to return to her usual self.
