There is no question about the UConn star being one of the top athletes in college basketball. With that, she is also attracting more attention from the media. But the player is still focusing on her ‘work’ and uses a unique technique to achieve the goal.
Azzi Fudd Focusing On Basketball Action
Every UConn superstar has to face the media differently. The expectations are always high. This puts pressure on the athletes a bit. Many shine under this spotlight, while many fade away. During a recent interview, the reporter asked her about the secret of dealing with such attention.
Answering the question, Fudd said, “This year, I haven’t really been on Instagram. I feel like I go on TikTok, and my TikTok is anything but basketball… Other than that, I’ve tried my best to stay off of that, so I wouldn’t have to see all the different noise from media and what people were saying, whether it’s about the team, about me, about the draft. It’s so easy to get distracted. But I found that it’s just so peaceful. It really helps you stay present and focused.”
