There’s hardly anything Caitlin Clark can’t do. The Indiana Fever star can hoop for sure, so she can play golf and work on her philanthropy.
Other than basketball, golf has been her second love outside the court. And it was only because of it that Clark earned an invite to Michael Jordan’s exclusive golf club.
While she’s dropping those dimes on the wood court, Clark still gets nervous on the golf course, something that she recently revealed.
Caitlin Clark Admits Golf Makes Her Nervous Over Basketball
Coming this offseason, the Fever have a lot of math to do with the free agents. However, that’s hardly bothering the Iowa alum who’s making headlines in another major US sport.

Recently, during her conversation with Golf Week, she admitted what exactly goes through her mind while swinging the metal sticks on the grass course. Needless to say, she came clean about her real thoughts.

Unlike the team dynamic of hoops, where she can lean on teammates, golf puts all the weight on her shoulders.
“It’s (golf) and it’s not even remotely close. I don’t worry about basketball too much, but there is nothing like standing on a tee box and there (are) a bunch people watching you and this isn’t what you’re really good at,” Clark admitted.
This revelation occurred during the Annika Pro-Am, where Clark’s presence provided a platform for her to tap into a new fan base.
Additionally, Clark also participated alongside legendary golfer Annika Sorenstam, and noted the difference between the two sports, saying, “When something is not going your way in basketball, you got four other teammates on the court with you. You can kind of figure it out.”
Her admission came after a week of snow in Indianapolis, making the 69-degree Florida weather a welcome change.
Caitlin Clark Headlines Annika Pro Am Return
While most of her fans would see it as yet another featured event, the Annika Pro-Am marked Clark’s return to the much-anticipated golf program.
Although she was not alone, her Indiana teammates, Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull, also made their presence felt. However, Clark wowed both of her buddies with her golfing talent.
Cunningham’s errant drive into the crowd and Hull’s solid shot turned the event into a spectacle, but Clark’s involvement was the main draw.
As she prepares for 2026, Clark’s golf outings are becoming another platform, proving her influence extends far beyond the basketball court.
