Even though Caitlin Clark missed the majority of the season due to injuries, she planned her offseason to get fitter for the next season. Amid her rehab, the player will be on her favourite game, other than basketball – and that’s Golf.
The Fever guard will compete at the pro-am for the second consecutive year. Clark teams up with NCAA Champ Lauryn Nguyen as a gold partner for the Annika Pro-Am and is already looking to sharpen her game with some swings.
But she didn’t choose the venue as her practice destination. Instead, she went straight to Michael Jordan’s invite-only facility.

Michael Jordan’s love for Golf is very well known, as his dedicated $ 20 million facility, Grove XXIII, in Florida, is a Golf lover’s paradise. The exclusive facility is available to members on an invitation-only basis and features many professional golfers, including Rory McIlroy and Rickie Fowler.

Preparing for the LPGA event, the WNBA star also chose to go to MJ’s facility. It’s not confirmed how much time she spent at the facility.

The star not only played on the luxurious facility but also spent some time with young golfers there and clicked a photo with a fan. The actual Pro-Am event will start on November 12 and will be open to the public.
The time she is allocating for the practice highlights her dedication to the event, as she doesn’t want to mess around with the opportunity. She even gave her celebrity cabbie, Sophie Cunningham, a lingo lesson before the event.

The former Iowa star spotted the mistake, trolled her teammate, and reshared the post on her Instagram story. In the post she wrote, “yeah clearly we have a lot to learn about golf… It’s fore bud @sophie_champ.”

It’s important to note that the bond between the Fever stars is strong. Sophie Cunningham and Lexie Hull offered a helping hand to Caitlin Clark at the Annika Pro-Am Golf Tournament.
