Caitlin Clark is back. And she is back better than ever before. Right after her surge in the NCAA realm for Iowa, the fans touted her as a future superstar. As it turns out, they were not wrong. Following her 2024 Rookie of the Year award, the expectations skyrocketed. Sitting on the bench after only playing 13 games last season, Clark expressed her frustrations.
Thus, when she announced her comeback in the FIBA World Cup qualifiers, the question marks were innumerable. But thanks to the 2-time WNBA All-Star’s two-way play, the Fever Star looked in ominous touch. As the tournament comes to an end, names like Lexie Hull and more cannot stop praising the Indiana Fever star.

Lexie Hull Is Excited For Caitlin Clark’s Remarkable Comeback
Hull and Clark have a very close bond. During the Annika Pro-Am golf tournament last year in November, the 24-year-old could be seen swinging her clubs with Hull beside her. The duo also exchanged some friendly banter when Hull was left utterly impressed with the former Iowa star’s sneakers.
Now, as Clark has been awarded the TISSOT MVP for her incredible performance in the qualifiers, the 26-year-old could not help but extend her best wishes to her teammate. Following a successful undefeated stint in the FIBA, the Fever star took to her Instagram and wrote, “Fun being back out there ⭐️Always an honor.”
Alongside, she also posted pictures of some of her memorable moments in the Team USA jersey. Praising her good work, Hull commented, “12 looks good on you. Trying to be Stanford me I guess.”

Meanwhile, alongside her MVP award, there is more good news coming up for the 2024 1st overall pick.
Caitlin Clark To Receive Massive Salary Boost Following New CBA
After seventeen months of non-stop discussions and failed deadlines, there is finally light at the end of the tunnel. With both sides finalizing a tentative new CBA deal, they have finally broken the stalemate. And with it, names like Clark will be in line to experience a whopping boost in their salaries.
Details of a landmark WNBA collective bargaining agreement, per ESPN sources:
— Shams Charania (@ShamsCharania) March 18, 2026
– New salary cap starting at $7 million, up from $1.5 million
– Average revenue share of nearly 20% across deal
– Supermax starting at $1.4M
– Average salary in range of $600K, minimum above $300K
According to the new proposal, the players will receive a $7 million salary cap. The proposal also raises the supermax salary from $249,244 to $1.4 million. Such an agreement is likely to eradicate the massive discrepancy that existed previously. For example, Clark earned $78,000 on average in 2025. On the flip side, her earnings from the endorsements were $16 million.
Thus, with a lot of good things happening at once, Clark’s start to the new year seems pretty much a perfect one.
