The Indiana Fever had a perfect game in hand to seal a place in the postseason. Fixture at Gainbridge Center against arch rivals, the Chicago Sky, to set one foot into the playoffs. Many expected a Caitlin Clark vs Angel Reese showdown, but sadly, neither player suited up for the match.
The Fever guard declared her unavailability due to injury, while Angel Reese got suspension after a technical foul. Yet fans get to see energized CC at the sidelines, and her reaction to officiating grabbed attention.
Caitlin Clark’s Funny Reaction To Referee’s ‘No Call’
The game was one-sided, with the hosts taking control right from the start. Though Sky scored the first bucket, that was the only time they had a lead in the whole match. Obviously, the Fever bench and fans enjoyed the ‘dominance’. Yet, the 2024 rookie was not happy with the officiating and constantly reminded referees to give fouls.

On one occasion, she tried to point out a ‘missed call’ by the referee on the offensive end. As she explained her point, the official tried to keep her on the bench and warned her. The superstar guard sat down, showing a peaceful gesture, but as she sat on the chair, she quickly turned those hands into ‘tiger paws’.
Chloe Bibby, sitting next to the guard, enjoyed her reaction, and the former Iowa player also smiled about her ‘quick change of emotion’. The camera caught the whole interaction, and netizens joined the duo, enjoying the light-hearted fun.
