The Unrivaled League is striving to cover all the bases to keep players and team owners satisfied with the league. Apart from the commercials, they recently added a development pool where teams can replace their injured players.
With the announcement of the team, Unrivaled Season 2 revealed a development pool with Hailey Van Lith and Makayla Timpson as key reserves.
The idea is to have replacements ready for the tournament while also developing the players, which is exciting for the rookies. But for the Chicago Sky rookie, the news on her personal front is not very exciting.
Jalen Suggs Confirms His Relationship Status With Haiely Van Lith
A social media post from a famous streamer, N3on, went viral with the Orlando Magic star commenting on his relationship status. The stream was live on November 8, and recently, one user reposted the clip of it.
At one point, N3on asked Suggs whether he was currently in a relationship. “I’m not,” Suggs responded.

Even though there is no confirmation from either player over the ‘two-word’ comment, the quick response and cold look might hint at a possible break-up. The pair started dating each other in 2021, and Suggs was even present at Van Lith’s WNBA draft night. Suggs and Van Lith were always supportive of each other’s careers. Suggs was present at some of the TCU games during the 2024-25 season.
The same is true for Van Lith, who wore his jersey in public a couple of times. It seems that the two will now focus solely on their respective professional basketball careers. Yet there is no love lost for the NBA star who earlier, in an interview with ESPN, praised the former LSU star’s rookie season in the league.
Jalen Suggs On Hailey Van Lith’s Rookie Season
At the end of the 2025 season, the 11th overall pick suffered an injury that limited her game time and progress in the league. Yet she played an average of 12.5 minutes per game in the Chicago franchise and made significant progress as a pro star. Speaking of this, Suggs mentioned that her rookie year reminded him of his first season in the NBA.
“Watching her take it on has been motivating as well, honestly. She’s, I think, one of the purest competitors that I’ve ever met, that I’ve been around, and she pushes me to embrace that side of myself as well,” he added. “But seeing her maneuver being a rookie, seeing a new situation, a new team, different pace of basketball… has been really cool,” Suggs told ESPN.

With this interview just a month after possible break-up rumors, fans would be hoping that the news is wrong and would love to see the young couple back together. As for the Sky’s second-year guard, Hailey Van Lith shared a surprising ankle surgery update following an injury-plagued rookie season. However, she will be looking for increased productivity and will likely receive help from training at the Unrivaled headquarters.
