The ‘Post move podcast’ featuring Aliyah Boston and Candace Parker has been a hit amongst the fans. Two top forwards, one veteran and one rookie, dissect the ongoing events in the world of basketball with their insightful views.
While there is hardly any episode with Caitlin Clark’s mention, the recent one was different. The duo had Sydney Colson as their guest on the show, who shared a locker room with the 2023 rookie.
On the podcast, Boston was candid, praising Sydney Colson’s contribution to her development as a leader. While it was all in fun, on one question, their answer confused analyst Jason Whitlock, who slammed the Fever forward for being ‘ignorant’.
Jason Whitlock Slams Aliyah Boston Over Caitlin Clark Comment
On the ‘Post Moves’ podcast, the Fever forward took questions from fans, where they asked for an All-Star game between straight players against gay players. Sydney Colson, a guest on the show, first questioned whether to choose from gay players who opened up about their sexuality or not. Jason Whitlock’s issue started with this question, as he raised doubts about missing CC’s name later in the answer the players gave.

Candace Parker mentioned that most of the players in the league are gay, so they started drafting straight players, which included names like Napheesa Collier, Aliyah Boston, A’ja Wilson, and Sabrina Ionescu. They missed out on the former Iowa player in the list, and a veteran analyst picked up that point.
“They’ve had a plan in my view, for they want to strip Caitlin Clark of her Christian values. They want to strip Caitlin Clark of her heterosexuality. And now we’ve just had, and there, Aaliyah Boston has no bigger fan than me. She’s got a very feminine energy, a very girl-next-door energy. I don’t know how she participated in a conversation that clearly insinuated, in my view, that Caitlyn Clark is a switch-hitter at the very least. Potentially, you know, the way they discussed gay,” Whitlock said in his analysis.

He even added that they owe the 2024 Rookie of the Year winner an apology. It is important to note that Boston, Colson, and Parker didn’t complete their list as they moved to the next question. Also, they added veteran players to their list.
As for Boston, she has a special connection with Clark on and off the court. She even lauded the Fever guard’s impact on the franchise.
Aliyah Boston Reveals How Caitlin Clark Transforms Indiana Fever’s Game Plan
The 2023 and 2024 first picks quickly formed a chemistry that became the mainstay of the Indiana Fever’s offense. The duo contributed to most of the Fever points as both players showcased elite scoring and passing abilities. During an early podcast episode, AB reacted to the impact of CC on the Fever team.
“I think when you have Caitlin on the floor, everything is automatically spaced. The floor is spaced, defenses are high-in because she comes across half court, you can set an early drag, and there’s a deep three going up,” Boston responded to CP’s question.

While the pair found immense success on the floor, the playmaker’s absence for the majority of the 2025 season impacted the South Carolina star’s game, too. HC Stephanie White also named Boston among the most impacted amid Clark’s absence. But with both players still under contract for the 2026 season, the team will look to win a championship and continue building on their superstar pairing.
