Kelsey Mitchell has been in a jovial mood this offseason. And while Mitchell’s future with the Fever hangs in the balance, she deserves every right to be upbeat after the way in which she guided the Indiana Fever this season. While the likes of Sophie Cunningham and Caitlin Clark were missing, it was up to Mitchell and Aliyah Boston to help Stephanie White and her team get into the playoffs.
Now, not only did Mitchell successfully lead the Fever past the playoff hurdles, but she also took her team to the semifinals. Missing a berth in the finals by a whisker, the Fever star will now look to come back strong in the next season, which is why Stephanie White is keeping Mitchell as a top priority.
Meanwhile, despite all the glitz and glamor coming her way, Mitchell has not forgotten about her Fever teammate, Damiris Dantas.
