The Indiana Fever stand one win from their first WNBA Finals trip since 2015, and guard Lexie Hull is rallying the troops with a no-surrender mindset. Facing the Las Vegas Aces in a high-stakes Game 5 tonight at Michelob Ultra Arena, Hull is refusing to surrender despite a tough stretch.
While Hull faces a daunting task to defend Jackie Young of the Aces, the next game up would be a test of time.
Lexie Hull Channels Bold Mentality Ahead Of Fever’s Game 5
The Fever have a lot on their plate. Down with star Caitlin Clark and five others to injuries, Indiana has pushed the defending champs to the brink. Much of that is to thank Hull for her unforgiving mentality.

Recently, after a gutsy 90-83 Game 4 win on Sunday, where the Fever showed they could match the Aces’ star power, Hull came clean. During Monday’s practice session, the Fever star refused to back down.
“The resiliency. You know, we’re not ready to quit, we’re ready to put a fight and especially that we know it’s either season’s over or you win, that we are coming out and putting our foot forward and trying to win. I think it just goes to show that we’re continuing to fight every single day,” Hull said.
"We're not ready to quit. We're ready to put up a fight."

Lexie Hull Credits Aliyah Boston For Fever’s Dominance
While she was opening up on what the true mentality the Indiana Fever are carrying for a deciding Game 5, Hull didn’t hesitate to shine a spotlight on Aliyah Boston.
“I mean, she’s a force in the paint. We wouldn’t have won last night’s game, any of our games without he,” Hull said. So, proud of her ability to be consistent and continuing to impact the game, not only offensively, but her ability to impact A’ja’s game defensively has been huge for us this series.”

Boston, a fellow South Carolina Gamecock like A’ja Wilson, has gone toe-to-toe with the MVP. Despite Wilson’s 31 points in Game 4, Boston’s physicality held her to tough shooting nights earlier in the series.
