The former Stanford player mentioned that it feels great to have so many fans across the world and feels a responsibility to win the game for them, but adds that the players are also human and could make mistakes.

Hull maintained that stand that players do return to work normally, and try to better their performances. As for Clark, the aim for the upcoming 2026 season is clear.
Caitlin Clark Aims For Championship In 2026
The 2024 Rookie of the Year winner played in just 13 games the following season, yet the team reached the playoffs semifinals, and now, with her addition, expectations are high. During her debut on NBC’s pregame show, the two-time All-Star addressed the goal for the season.
Talking about the upcoming season, Clark boldly said, “I think we’re gonna be the favorite to win it all. I think it adds a little pressure, but that’s what you love about it. But we’ve got a great squad, great coach, great support staff. So, super excited.”

Before that, the playmaker added that the Indiana Fever’s priority would be re-signing Kelsey Mitchell and that she would be an important part of the Fever’s title quest.
