The Indiana Fever seized the opportunity and took a one-point lead in the game with just seven seconds left in the eliminator game. This was Fever’s first and only lead in the game which proved decisive in the end.

The Atlanta Dream got its chance, and Lexie Hull’s last-second steal won the game for the visitors, who moved to the semifinal. After the victory on the court, players of Fever hurried back to the locker room through the tunnel and celebrated the joy. The 29-year-old forward was also thrilled and wrote her heart out and exclaimed, “Oh my God. That gave me a heart attack.”
Atlanta was the favourite for the win from the start till the game’s final minutes. The Missouri star was not only enjoying the game but had her ‘enforcer’ feelings rushing again. A shocking incident happened when Allisha Grey committed a foul, dropping Odyssey Sims on the floor attempting to block the Fever guard’s shot. Sims remained on the floor for a considerable time, raising concerns over another injury.
Cunningham, with an injured leg, walked to center court. Clark and Chloe Bibby also followed her, showing their love and support for Sims. But a security guard halted the trio, with the 29-year-old forward staying in the middle of the court, unfazed and concerned for her teammate.
