The Indiana Fever’s matches were the most-watched games in the WNBA season. But with the games, if anything that caught fans’ eyes was their intros, where Sophie Cunningham had special intro handshake and dance moves for every Fever starter. Fans appreciated her slick dance moves, and she gifted them another one.
In her podcast, Cunningham mentioned ‘my life is good’ despite the tedious rehab process, and in the same good mood, only the star posted a dance number on TikTok on Taylor Swift’s’ Fate of Ophelia’ track.

Sophie Cunningham Opens Up The Indiana Fever’s Role In Her Rehab
The Indiana Fever are entering the free agency with many tough decisions following the team’s performance in the 2025 season. Although they have prioritized a few players, such as Kelsey Mitchell, the former Baylor player could be another name on the list. On her recent podcast episode, the forward opened up on the possibility.
“Technically, I’m not signed to Indiana. So, I’m still working with them up to a certain point, and then if I re-sign, then I can continue to work with them. But I have Frank out here who’s doing it, and then Todd and Maria are doing it back in Indiana,” said Cunningham.
While working together on rehab doesn’t confirm their intention to sign the versatile player, it’s certainly a positive sign that they are interested in getting her on the roster. Franchises and fans will have to wait until the new CBA is confirmed to find out about the new rosters for the 2026 season.
