After an injury hit the 2025 season, the Indiana Fever is hoping for a ‘healthy’ season with all its star players available for games. Coach White took extra care of Aliyah Boston, Caitlin Clark, and Lexie Hull, who had slight injuries during the offseason, keeping them out of the preseason games altogether or restricting their game time.
Amid this, Clark suffered an injury during a game against the Wings and had to come out in the third quarter of the match-up. Later, the player revealed it was just a knock on the knee after she fell to the floor and even participated in the next game.
But keen-eyed fans noticed the playmaker wearing leg sleeves during practice, and reporters asked why.

Stephanie White Provides Reason For Caitlin Clark Using Leg Sleeve
The Fever playmaker played in just 13 games in the 2025 season due to multiple injuries. Though the team performed well, her absence cost them the championship, as they struggled against top opponents. So, the team is obviously looking to take care of the star player, which has increased curiosity about Clark’s leg sleeve.
But the coach mentioned it’s a style thing and even asked reporters whether it looks good on her.
Steph White also says "it's a style thing" when asked why Caitlin Clark wore a leg sleeve in practice today.

In a recent practice session, Mitchell converted an and-one during her drive and reverse layup. The play hyped up the former Iowa star, and the two stars celebrated the basket by dapping up and sharing a chest bump. Franchise shared the video of the moment on social media, wrote, “Kelsey Mitchell AND-1 got Caitlin Clark fired up.”
