Caitlin Clark was not 100% fit for the big final game against the Minnesota Lynx and was on the bench. But the guard, as always, was cheering her team up and hyping up the big plays. While the Fever side was trailing at the start of the game, they crawled back midway into the second quarter to clinch the 2025 WNBA Commissioner’s Cup title with a 74-59 win. And Caitlin? You don’t need to give her an invitation to celebrate with her team.
Veteran forward Natasha Howard won the MVP award for her double-double performance, with every Fever player contributing heavily in the game. CC was fired up after the win and was seen bear-hugging her teammates for their great outing. For Aliyah Boston, though, CC had a special celebration.

The atmosphere was electric, and the players were drenched in the feeling of being a champion. The Indiana Fever players stepped up in the absence of their star guard Caitlin Clark. Natasha Howard led the scorers with 16 points, while Aliyah Boston, Kelsey Mitchell, and Aari McDonald chipped in with 12 points each. AB delivered another vital performance, collecting 11 rebounds and, more importantly, guarding Napheesa Collier in the game.

While she was in her post-game interview, Caitlin Clark came into the frame, bumping on Boston and shouted “bow bow bow”. AB joined in and also followed it up with a smile and a victory sign.

The wholesome moment captured on camera quickly went viral as the Indiana Fever’s dynamic duo was once again in a cheering mood. After a big win over last season’s finalists and 2025 Commissioner’s Cup winners, Indiana will now be focusing on getting their record up in the regular season.

There are a lot of similarities between Caitlin Clark and Aliyah Boston. Both were number one picks and Rookie of the Year winners in their respective draft classes. And their guard-forward combo in the second half of the 2024 season was crucial as the Indiana Fever booked a place in the postseason.
