As much as the ‘W’ fans and players are excited for the new season, everyone is keeping a close eye on the ongoing playoff series. The San Antonio Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama impressed Caitlin Clark with his gameplay in the first game.
The French superstar scored 35 points against the Portland Trail Blazers, leading the side to a comfortable victory. Wembanyama earlier declared Clark the most impressive college player across men’s & women’s basketball. And now the Fever playmaker also reacted to his game in three simple words.

The player scored 35 points and was efficient from the three-point line, netting 5 of 6 attempts. Clark was awestruck by his game as she shared a social media post and wrote, “Wemby is ridiculous.”

Showing great improvement in his game, the 2023 rookie averaged 25 points, 11.4 rebounds, and 3.1 blocks per game. This is the third season; Wemby is averaging over three blocks and double-figure rebounds, with a 20+ points average. He is even in MVP contention for his performances, but faces tough competition from Jokic and SGA.
