The WNBA season is just getting started, and the teams and players are all in for a fresh start. The defending champions are once again in the spotlight, as many teams are looking to take their position in the 2026 season as the champs. A’ja Wilson also reunited with the Las Vegas Aces to aim for consecutive WNBA titles.
While the player is all serious for the season, Wilson continued her tradition of welcoming the rookies with a fun interaction and making them comfortable with the team, too. Interestingly, she is not the only one making fun in the offseason, but in a recent video, she was on the receiving end of a prank.

Bam Adebayo Pranks A’ja Wilson With Scam Story
To prank the Aces’ superstar, there is no better candidate than Bam Adebayo, and the foul play used on him was only to trick the reigning WNBA champion. The program on TBS contains hidden-camera pranks on athletes. Their unscripted reactions and the prank itself make the short videos more entertaining.
Talking about the Wilson’s prank, a girl came to her for help, telling her a scam story about fake Memorabilia. She even added that her father scams clients. While the 30-year-old was all serious on the topic, she promised to help innocently. Adebayo, who was backstage, was enjoying the show via a hidden camera and asked the girl to get Wilson to the backstage area.
