The ‘Post Move’ Podcast had been one of the favorites for fans with Fever star Aliyah Boston and WNBA Legend Candace Parker sharing the knowledge and views on the ongoing activities in the WNBA and even in college basketball.
While the podcast so far has had a few guests on the show, each of them has left their impression with some value addition and insights into the game. Recently, four-time NBA Champion Draymond Green joined the show and gave AB some tips on defending. Incidentally, Boston received the highest defender honor in the recent Unrivaled Season 2, but would use the knowledge henceforth.

Draymond Green Decodes ‘How Not To Be A Bad Defender’ To Aliyah Boston
With the Fever eyeing their second championship in the league, the former South Carolina Star holds much value for the franchise. The player can impact both ends of the floor and even take care of the playmaking duty. But it’s her defending that’s more valuable for the Fever side, which was evident during the playoff series against the Aces.
On the podcast, Draymond Green explained the mistakes to avoid, as he said, “There is a time to use fouls. You can use fouls to your advantage. I am not of the belief that fouling is bad, but you have to understand when to foul. You can’t just get yourself in trouble every night like you got two fouls in first six minutes, h=like that’s bad fouling.”

Green had been the defensive player of the year in 2017 and a member of nine All-Defensive teams in the NBA. As one of the pillars of the Warriors’ dynasty, Green has some weight in the league and gracefully shared the knowledge with fellow Fever forward.
Aliyah Boston also listened carefully and agreed with some of his points. The Indiana Fever would love to see improved defensive play from their star player, which would help them in close games against tougher opponents.
Talking about the Fever team, the side already retained its core and added strong backups via draft and free agency. The 25-year-old wasted no time welcoming the rookies to the team.
Aliyah Boston Welcomes Indiana Fever Rookies
The Indiana Fever made their priorities clear, signing Kelsey Mitchell to the first Super Max contract player in the league and also handing Boston the highest value contract. They also added many tough and versatile players via the WNBA draft, and the forward seemed happy with the selections.
On Raven Johnson’s selection, AB wrote, “My freshieee babyyyy. Let’s get it Ray Ray.” While the franchise also added Justine Pissott in the second round selection, Boston welcomed her with “Let’s get it!!!” showing her excitement for the rookie.
Till now, Stephanie White has been cautious with Aliyah Boston’s involvement in the games, and now, in the regular season, the Fever will have its healthy roster ready for the games.
