The WNBA preseason games will have multiple teams testing their new formations and lineups. Fans can watch all preseason games on the WNBA’s official app free of charge, as the league seeks to attract more eyeballs to the game.
But for the regular season and playoff games, official broadcasters will be available to fans under the massive deal, handing the league huge financial muscle. The broadcasters are also ready, as they announced their schedules right after the WNBA’s schedule was released, and Prime Video has now revealed its broadcasting team, too.

Prime Video Fields WNBA Icons for the 2026 Season Broadcasting
The league might have extended an 11-year deal with Prime Video, its partner since 2021. Looking at the growth of the league and popularity, the extended contract will allow them to broadcast 31 regular-season games and also playoff games.
With such a massive opportunity to reach a larger basketball fanbase, the broadcasters also announced a ‘prime’ broadcasting crew featuring Candace Parker and Michael Grady. For the in-game analysis, the broadcasters have Team USA coach Kara Lawson and LaChina Robinson.

Byington is the lead announcer on local Milwaukee Bucks broadcasts, while Lawson is the head women’s basketball coach at Duke and even worked as a broadcaster with ESPN.
